We want you to love your Damson Madder pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
